1. Service Agreement: By using Make Way Solution’s courier services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all services provided unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
2. Delivery Services: Make Way Solution offers courier services including, but not limited to, general freight, time-sensitive documents, pharmaceutical deliveries, daily routes, last-minute orders, and household goods with installation.
3. Pickup and Delivery: All pickup and delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. We aim to meet all scheduled timeframes, but delays may occur and shall not result in liability unless otherwise agreed.
4. Packaging: It is the sender’s responsibility to ensure all items are securely packaged for safe transport. Make Way Solution is not responsible for damage due to improper packaging.
5. Restricted Items: We do not carry hazardous materials, illegal items, or items prohibited by law. Pharmaceutical deliveries must comply with all applicable regulations and be properly labeled and sealed.
6. Liability: Make Way Solution is not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, road closures, etc.). Liability for loss or damage is limited to the declared value of the shipment, not exceeding [$100] unless additional insurance is purchased.
7. Cancellations and Changes: Same-day cancellations may be subject to a fee. If you need to make changes to a delivery, please contact us immediately. We'll do our best to accommodate requests, but they are not guaranteed once the delivery is in route.
